All pricing provided is subject to change based on scope, materials, and labor requirements.

• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
• A signed agreement and deposit (typically 50% of project cost) are required before work begins.
• Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

We reserve the right to halt work or charge additional fees if unforeseen conditions arise.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Clients may cancel projects prior to the scheduled start date. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the timing of cancellation and any materials already purchased. Refunds for incomplete or unsatisfactory work will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Clients agree to provide site access, accurate information, and necessary approvals. Delays caused by the client (e.g., inaccessible site or changes to the scope) may affect the project timeline and final cost.
